The 2021 HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition seeks subject matter experts to shape education sessions for thousands of health information and technology professionals.
The Call for Reviewers for HIMSS21 is open Sept. 14-28, 2020.
Peer reviewers from around the world ensure the quality, integrity and relevance of education sessions at HIMSS21. They review and recommend proposals, and they serve as mentors to conference speakers throughout the presentation preparation.
Reviewers are among the first people to read the education proposals submitted through the HIMSS21 Call for Proposals. They earn points toward HIMSS Senior/Fellow advancement and CPHIMS/CAHIMS certification, and they receive a $100 non-transferrable discount toward the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition registration fee.
Reviewers are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. No more than five reviewers will be selected from the same organization, and reviewers must be unbiased in reviewing, scoring and recommending proposals.
Questions may be directed to Deb Clough, Manager, Education.
The Call for Reviewers is a yearly request for HIMSS members to review and recommend proposals that have been submitted for the HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition within their areas of expertise.
