HIMSS Greater Kansas City serves healthcare IT professionals in Kansas City and the surrounding areas.  We support our members through virtual and in person education and networking opportunities each year.  A full schedule of planned events can be found here. Contributions from our sponsors help defray the cost of the chapter’s programs. We have flexible sponsorship opportunities to allow organizations to align their sponsorship with specific events throughout the year, or as a general Chapter Sponsor.  We recognize the critical link that exists between provider organizations and the vendor partners they select that help make them successful.  Become a sponsor today

Promotion

  • Website - logo recognition on GKC HIMSS website.
  • Emails - logo and company recognition on outbound e-mails to membership.

Event Recognition

  • Promotional Slide - a promotional slide in scrolling introduction/ending slide show.
  • Sponsor Recognition – organization is introduced and recognized at each event.

In-Person Events (sponsor year(s))

  • Sponsor Table - option to have materials available on a general sponsor table at all educational events.
  • Admission - six complimentary admissions to each GKC HIMSS event for employees and invited guests. For the end of year Boulevard Event, Ambassador and Executives sponsors will be provided a reserved table with eight admissions ($500 value).

Post-Event

  • Website – when permitted, the event materials and sponsor recognition will be posted on the GKC HIMSS website.

Event Presentations

  • Promotional Presentation – a five-minute speaking opportunity at one event annually, upon content review and approve of GKC HIMSS board.

Social event (presentation material, venue, etc.) must be approved by GKC HIMSS board. Sponsor agrees to pay all costs associated with the social event.

Event Recognition

  • Display Table – display table at event to share information about company (at company discretion).
  • Admission – sixteen complimentary admissions to the event for employees and invited guests.
  • Reserved Tables - two reserved tables at the event.
  • Promotional Slide/Sponsor Recognition - company and logo in slide show.

Post-Event

  • Website – when permitted, the event materials and sponsor recognition will be posted on the webpage to a minimum of one year.

Premier Table Sponsor - $499

  • Admission – eight complimentary admissions to the event for employees and invited guests.
  • Reserved Table - one reserved table at the event.
  • Promotional Slide/Sponsor Recognition – company name and logo in slide show.
